Member on Fire Derek Helms Derek Helms has been a member of Auburn Fit1 since 2013.   It has been amazing to watch his workout technique and the progress that he has made over the past four years. Derek works out 6-7 days per week. Meet this month’s Member on Fire, Jacque Wing. Jacque has been a member of Auburn Fit1 since our opening in May of 2012. She took a break from the club in September of 2015 as she had moved out of the area. Although Jacque still lives outside the Auburn area, she returned to Fit1 in April of 2016, and we are so excited to have her back at the club!
