On January 21st of this year, while moving to our new home, I slipped and fell out of a truck and shattered my left knee (splitting both my tibia and fibula). I then spent five days at Auburn Faith having reconstructive surgery. Andie teaches Step and Tone on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 8:30 a.m. and Step, Ab’s and Cooldown on Saturday’s at 8:30 a.m. Andie has been teaching since 1978 and has been teaching at Auburn Fit 1 since the opening.
